About Paula
Imagination, Innovation, Results
Paula Rosch spent 22 years in new business development at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. During that time, she led the identification and development of new products in the infant and child care, personal care, and household product categories, as well as new-to-the-world products. These include many offerings under the HUGGIES®, Kleenex®, Depend® and Kotex® brands. She is an award-winning inventor and designer, holding 22 patents for HUGGIES® Little Swimmers® disposable swim pants, and more than 75 additional patents for other new products.
In 2001, Paula launched Paula Rosch, LLC… Ideas that grow™ to extend her product innovation skills into other categories and companies, from start-ups to the Fortune 500. She draws on her experience in marketing and product development, adding her background in the fine arts and natural sciences, to develop innovative strategies for new brand and product development in the consumer packaged goods and consumer services arenas. She is a leader in human behavioral research, and has presented her work at global medical and professional conferences.
Facilitator, Speaker, Author
Paula is an effective and creative moderator, facilitator, and speaker, requested at marketing and product development seminars nationwide. She teaches consumer research, creativity, and innovation courses with a focus on entrepreneurial skill development. In 2006, she drew on her corporate innovation and entrepreneur experience to develop a comprehensive seminar on corporate entrepreneurship, called "Intrapreneurs Wanted: Inspire Within ™," successfully conducted with several clients.
As a guest lecturer, Paula has addressed graduate learners at Harvard Business School, the University of Wisconsin Business School, and the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. She has published work on the innovative behaviors of change agents and their critical role in predicting shifts in mainstream behavior in Spirituality & Health magazine, May/June, 2006, "Welcome to Scout Camp."
